Lean in to His love

When we were born, we are all born with equal standing before God. But in the heart of love, He doesn’t see everybody as a crowd, everybody equal; He sees us equal with diversity which is different beauties on His heart, in His love. He sees you beautiful, He sees you colorful, and He sees each of us individually. He doesn’t see us like this guy is a ruby, this guy is diamond, this guy is Jasper, this guy is a stone or this guy is granite. No all of us are beauties in His eyes. Both the shoulders of the high priest as well as the breastplate speak of his strength. The shoulders always speak the strength and breastplate always uses the phrase “on His heart.”

Exodus 28: 29

So Aaron shall bear the names of the sons of Israel on the breastplate of judgment over his heart, when he goes into the holy place, as a memorial before the Lord continually.

In this verse, God says over his heart because heart speaks of love. He carried you the day our Lord Jesus Christ carries your name as precious like diamonds, like rubies, like topaz. You shine with the beauty of God. How long are we represented before God as righteous, shining bright, beautiful, glorious? Continually – He bears us before the Lord. Jesus is holding on to us and we are linked to His heart of love with a golden chain. If His heart is moved, His hand is moved – they are all linked together. His hand of power, His hand of strength, His hand of performing signs and miracles and wonders in your life. His strength is His shoulder, it’s moved when His heart is moved. All rest easy on His heart. Rest strong on His heart. There are two things that no one can do – trust and worry. If you worry you are not trusting. If you are trusting Him to carry your worries, then you rest. You have someone, a stronger representative than all the high priests of Israel today. So please sit down and rest. He carries your worries so care less about your needs and your problems.

Matthew 9: 36

But when He saw the multitudes, He was moved with compassion for them, because they were weary and scattered, like sheep having no shepherd.

The high priest’s ministry and the shepherd’s ministry is very similar. When He saw the people weary and scattered many preachers and leaders today will look at them and say – they are rebellious. That’s why they are burning out. They were scattered as there was no shepherd. Jesus didn’t see them with judgment. Jesus looked at them with compassion because they were weary. When a shepherd, a priest looks at the multitude, see them weary, burn out and scattered. He doesn’t say they are rebellious. He says they are like sheep with no shepherd. He bears you on His heart, so be like John and conscious of His love. Your ears are stuck to His heart beat and you hear His heart beat. When you listen to His heart, he presents you as glorious. Your name is in His heart in love and compassion. He represents you before God with such loveliness.

John 8: 11, 12

11 She said, “No one, Lord.”

And Jesus said to her, “Neither do I condemn you; go and sin no more.”

12 Then Jesus spoke to them again, saying, “I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life.”

This light is not a light that exposes us, it’s a light that exposes how perfect, how clean, how forgiven, how close in righteousness with beauties and Excellencies you are.

Find protection under His wings

Mark 11:1-7 (KJV)

The troop were shouting “Hosanna Hosanna” which means “safe safe now; prosper us now, save us now.”  Unfortunately only children and the disciples and those who believed in Him were shouting. But the leadership in the city of Jerusalem rejected Him. They missed the timing of the visitation. With Him came along salvation in every area of our life. He came to save us from all that we need including prosperity. Prosperity doesn’t mean money alone because many people have five houses, ten cars but still they are poor.

As Jesus rode on the donkey, they were praising Him “Hosanna Hosanna.”

Luke 19:37-45

When people praise you and extol your name is it easy for you to cry surrounded by praises? But when Jesus going down the slope in Israel He stopped near Jerusalem and wept. There are two reasons for His weeping (i) He wept at Lazarus doom, (it was a silent weeping) and (ii) He wept at the city (loud weeping). He saw what is going to happen for their rejection. Me and my family is saved, the people I love are saved. If others don’t accept Jesus it’s not my loss; it’s their loss. But the Lord doesn’t have this kind of attitude.

The Lord leaves the 99 and looks for the one that is lost. To Him it is a loss. He loves you. He really loves every individual and wept near Jerusalem. This is the day of salvation; this is the day of prosperity. We are living in crazy days, but thank God we have refuge under His wings.

Matthew 23:37-39

God doesn’t force you for anything even if it is for a good thing. He waits for your willingness to receive it. God is not asking for your own protection instead He says “Let me protect you.” Find refuge under His wings. Boaz told Ruth “The Lord rewards you for finding refuge under His wings.” Kids find refuge under their mother’s wings, how much more our Lord.

The cure for the Insecure

The first thing you need to say when you have a problem is that this cannot last forever. This too will pass. Righteousness is the curer for all the insecurity. When you know who you are in Christ, you can be secured. The word secure means to be free from feeling anxiety, free from danger, to feel safe, to be without care. Some of you had an opportunity to grow up, for you felt safe, you felt cared for, you felt loved unconditionally and you felt safe. But many of us did not grow up where  we felt safe. But God is offering you that security. That’s the gift from Him that you are secured in Him. The security leads us to the confidence. When you have confidence and feel secured in God’s love you can take a chance on feeling. You can step out and do what God wants you to do even when the fear pushes you back from doing what God wants you to do.  Courage is not having fear; courage is going forward while u feel fear.

Don’t live by what you feel; live by what you know. If you make a mistake you are gonna survive – that’s not the end of the world. Insecure people don’t know how to make mistakes and  recover from that. They are embarrassed, they don’t  want people to think what they are doing, they don’t want people to think failed. And many a times we have lived this little pity lives. We are all the apple of God’s eye, we are all special in his sight. You are called to do something even bigger than what you are doing right now. And wants you to have the attitude I will be how God wants me to be, I will have all that He wants me to have, I will accomplish all that He wants me to accomplish in life.

Confidence is a quality of assurance that leads one to undertake a thing. Confidence allows you to apply for a promotion at your job. Confidence allows you to not let people walk over you but to speak up for yourself. Do not let others control and manipulate your life. Sometimes you have to loose before u gain. Sometimes you have to give up what you have got to get what you really want. Don’t be controlled by the people; instead be guided and lead by the Holy Spirit. If you walk with God you will receive everything he has prepared for you.

Sometimes you got to have hidden ears and some silent ears to get to know God is really good and He will bring you back out of the  wilderness. Do not live by the feelings – live by what the word of God says. Believer with no confidence is like a big huge jet airplane loaded with people with no fuel. An unbeliever who has confidence can accomplish what he wants though it is his self confidence. But we have Jesus, we have the power of the Holy ghost. Don’t step out of what you are doing when you don’t get lot of encouragement. Believe in what God is speaking to you. You can have less natural ability but have a heart that is totally available to God and God can use you  in a greater way than somebody who is got all kinds of natural talent but doesn’t love God as much as you do. If people mystery you and sleigh you and you keep your eyes on Jesus someday God will raise you up and probably make them watch. All the promises of God are Yes and Amen to those who believe. All you need is God, some confidence, some courage, a willingness to step up, a willingness to loose to gain. Live a full life that Jesus really died for you to have.

Hebrews 3: 13
But exhort one another daily, while it is called “Today,” lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin.
You have to make it a habit of encouraging people. The bible says encourage one another daily. It is great to receive general encouragement. It’s great when someone says “I like your outfit.” Every one of us need to think about that and encourage people in general. But when we make a spiritual deposit in someone’s life, a spiritual encouragement that it not only takes their life to a new level but it takes our life to a new level. When we love one another and encourage one another with the sincere love of God, we are allowing God to extend His grace through us. When we realize God can use us that He will extend His grace through us and we say God I want to be that person and I want you to use me. I want to be encouraged generally but I also want someone to make a spiritual deposit into my life.

God has put a heart of an encourager in each one of us. Every one of us can develop into a great encourager. It may just take a little practice. The way to get good at anything is to practice. You want to play the piano you better practice. You want to learn language you better practice. Whatever it is that you want to get good at, you have got to give it time and you have got to give it effort. If you want your life to go to another level, be an encourager. Be someone who is sincere to find out what people need and to give it to them to make spiritual deposits in their life. The best place that you can begin to encourage is your own home. If you make your home an environment of encouragement, you will see the peace and the blessing dwell in your home like you never ever expected.

If husbands and wives would intentionally encourage one another, your entire family would go to a whole new level. We must be intentional, purposeful and sincere with our encouragement. When the one closest to you encourages you, it’s the word that means the most. Because if you can encourage the one closest to you, then that person knows that you must really mean it. Because often times we don’t give the person closest to us what they really need. We come to this place that we think you already know what I think about u and we neglect those words that are so sweet to the soul. It’s refreshing to the soul when someone makes a spiritual deposit in your life. Ask God “help me extend your grace to someone, show me someone today.” You can even have a reminder or mark in the calendar “encourage someone today.” Find that someone God brings to your heart and to your mind.

Today is the day to encourage. Don’t let today go by till you have found someone to encourage. People can’t reach your mind; they can only reach your words. We should make spiritual deposits in each other’s life so that sin doesn’t deceive us so that we don’t get the wrong idea. You and I can have a whole new life if we would begin to be the depositors of encouragement, to extend the glory of God. God works with the flexible hearts. We don’t serve a limited God – we serve a limitless God. God wants to fill u with joy, and peace unspeakable and full of glory. Make it a daily practice. You have a depositors’ heart. Turn on that fan and let it flow. Your fan, the blessings of God will overflow in your life.

Sure Mercies of David in December!
