When we were born, we are all born with equal standing before God. But in the heart of love, He doesn’t see everybody as a crowd, everybody equal; He sees us equal with diversity which is different beauties on His heart, in His love. He sees you beautiful, He sees you colorful, and He sees each of us individually. He doesn’t see us like this guy is a ruby, this guy is diamond, this guy is Jasper, this guy is a stone or this guy is granite. No all of us are beauties in His eyes. Both the shoulders of the high priest as well as the breastplate speak of his strength. The shoulders always speak the strength and breastplate always uses the phrase “on His heart.”
Exodus 28: 29
So Aaron shall bear the names of the sons of Israel on the breastplate of judgment over his heart, when he goes into the holy place, as a memorial before the Lord continually.
In this verse, God says over his heart because heart speaks of love. He carried you the day our Lord Jesus Christ carries your name as precious like diamonds, like rubies, like topaz. You shine with the beauty of God. How long are we represented before God as righteous, shining bright, beautiful, glorious? Continually – He bears us before the Lord. Jesus is holding on to us and we are linked to His heart of love with a golden chain. If His heart is moved, His hand is moved – they are all linked together. His hand of power, His hand of strength, His hand of performing signs and miracles and wonders in your life. His strength is His shoulder, it’s moved when His heart is moved. All rest easy on His heart. Rest strong on His heart. There are two things that no one can do – trust and worry. If you worry you are not trusting. If you are trusting Him to carry your worries, then you rest. You have someone, a stronger representative than all the high priests of Israel today. So please sit down and rest. He carries your worries so care less about your needs and your problems.
Matthew 9: 36
But when He saw the multitudes, He was moved with compassion for them, because they were weary and scattered, like sheep having no shepherd.
The high priest’s ministry and the shepherd’s ministry is very similar. When He saw the people weary and scattered many preachers and leaders today will look at them and say – they are rebellious. That’s why they are burning out. They were scattered as there was no shepherd. Jesus didn’t see them with judgment. Jesus looked at them with compassion because they were weary. When a shepherd, a priest looks at the multitude, see them weary, burn out and scattered. He doesn’t say they are rebellious. He says they are like sheep with no shepherd. He bears you on His heart, so be like John and conscious of His love. Your ears are stuck to His heart beat and you hear His heart beat. When you listen to His heart, he presents you as glorious. Your name is in His heart in love and compassion. He represents you before God with such loveliness.
John 8: 11, 12
11 She said, “No one, Lord.”
And Jesus said to her, “Neither do I condemn you; go and sin no more.”
12 Then Jesus spoke to them again, saying, “I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life.”
This light is not a light that exposes us, it’s a light that exposes how perfect, how clean, how forgiven, how close in righteousness with beauties and Excellencies you are.
